Waiting For Shipment From Barnes&Noble For Over 2 Weeks

Why are you not sending the boks I order??? My last order just drove me crazy as it’s been over two weeks since the end of May and it’s not even shipped or there is something wrong with the system, I don't even have any tracking info to go on. If you're gonna sell used books online, you gotta do better than this. Timely shipping should be a no-brainer. I mean, people order stuff because they want it and online shopping is preferred because it’s fast and easy, so, to whoever's handling my order, please, for the love of books, get it together. And to anyone else who wish to order from these guys, if you’re in need of urgent delivery, go look somewhere else.
