I Bought a Barbour Parka Liner and It Sheds Fuzz onto My Clothes
At the end of 2022, I purchased a Barbour parka along with its matching liner. In October 2022, when I first wore the parka with the liner, I noticed that the liner was shedding an excessive amount of fuzz and dust onto all of my other clothes. My spouse owns the exact same Barbour parka and liner and has experienced no issues—so I knew something was wrong with mine. I took my parka and liner to the Akmerkez Soylu Store and asked them to inspect it. After their “inspection,” they simply returned my belongings without offering any assistance. Now I’m stuck with a product that cost me a lot of money, but I can’t wear it because it continually deposits fibers all over my outfits. Their customer service showed zero concern. I demand a prompt resolution—either a replacement liner that doesn’t shed or a full refund—because I refuse to keep paying for an unusable jacket.
