I Want To Be Able To Subscribe On Badoo Premium

I am using Badoo from Nigeria and I am trying to purchase a Badoo Premium subscription with my bank card directly inside the app. However, I am prevented from buying it because the system displays a warning that the purchase is only for people above 18, even though I am already above 18 years old. This issue has been going on for some time, and it happened again today, 10 February 2026, when I tried to buy Badoo Premium and was blocked due to this age restriction. I do not know how to contact your support team directly through the app, so I have not been able to resolve this problem. I request that my account be reviewed, the incorrect age restriction be removed, and my age be verified so that I can purchase Badoo Premium without any further issues.
