Badoo Blocked My New Account Right After I Paid for Premium
I opened a new Badoo account on the evening of 17/12/2025 and immediately paid for Badoo Premium through the Apple App Store. The account is registered with the email address kimsuccy***@gmail.com. The subscription cost me 2000.00, and I had not yet chatted with anyone or made any contacts on the platform. Despite this, when I logged in the following night, I saw a notice stating that my account had been blocked due to a violation of Badoo’s rules. I am very confused and disappointed, because I had not used the account to chat with anyone or engage in any behaviour that could violate the rules. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the block lifted, and my full access to Badoo Premium restored, or alternatively that my payment for the Premium subscription be refunded, since I was blocked before I could use the service at all.
