Badoo Charged Me for Premium but Never Activated My Membership

On December 27, 2025, I purchased a Premium membership on the Badoo app by paying approximately $1 USD with my credit card. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, my Premium membership has still not been activated in the app.
I made this purchase using the email address s*********@gmail.com** registered to my account. Regarding this issue, I have emailed Badoo support three times. Each time, they stated that they were looking into the matter, but no correction has been made, and my account still appears as a standard (non-Premium) account.
Because I am unable to use the Premium service I paid for, I request that my issue be resolved immediately and that my Premium membership be activated without further delay.
