I have purchased nearly every product made by Lansinoh, including milk bottles, milk bags, pumps, and storage solutions. However, the milk pump has been a constant source of frustration. Initially, it had issues with suction, and now it has completely stopped working, likely due to electrical problems. This insufficient suction caused my milk supply to decrease, forcing me to express milk manually, which is both time-consuming and ineffective. I am a mother of a 4-month-old baby and 3-year-old twins, and this situation is pushing me to the brink of a mental breakdown. This is the third time I’ve faced problems with this pump—first with the cluster, then with the rubber parts, and now with the transfer valve and overall function of the machine. My milk supply has suffered significantly, and it’s unacceptable. When I contacted customer service, the representative implied it might be my fault, asking how I could have damaged the machine, as if I didn’t know how to use it. The poor call quality only added to the stress; instead of offering to call back or take my number, she seemed to judge me unfairly. This experience has been beyond disappointing.
