JazzCash PKR 2000 Sent To B9.Game Not Credited
I am a JazzCash user from Karachi and I am writing regarding a missing cash deposit related to my own JazzCash account (mobile number: 03215339***). On 1 March 2026, I made a cash deposit of PKR 2,000 through JazzCash for an online transaction to the B9 platform. The deposit was made for B9 order number 202603010010057109, and the JazzCash transaction ID (TID) for this payment is 704999134603. Although the transaction shows as successfully sent on JazzCash’s side, the amount has not been received or credited on the B9 platform. When I contacted JazzCash customer service, I was informed that the amount was successfully sent, but there is still no reflection of this PKR 2,000 in my B9 account. This situation is causing me inconvenience and concern, as the funds are effectively stuck. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the PKR 2,000 either be correctly credited to the B9 platform or otherwise resolved so that I do not suffer any financial loss. I also ask to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation and the final status of my funds.
