I Paid for Diamonds on Azar but Didn’t Receive Them

I purchased diamonds through the Azar app, and while the payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, the diamonds were never delivered to my profile. It has now been almost a week, and I’ve been messaging their support team nonstop—but all I get are the same generic auto-replies, over and over again.
No one actually reads what you write. They just keep sending canned responses like a broken record. I’ve even shared screenshots to prove my case, but nothing changes. The replies are completely irrelevant and useless. Sometimes they don’t even respond for 10+ hours, and when they do, it’s the exact same copy-pasted message.
This is by far the most unresponsive and careless customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Azar, either deliver the diamonds I paid for or refund my money immediately. Stop ignoring your users. We deserve better.
