I Can’t Call or Message Friends on Azar and My Voice Isn’t Transmitting

I’m having several issues with the Azar app that I need urgent help with. First, I’m unable to make voice or video calls, and I can’t send messages to a friend I’ve already added. Every time I try to send a message, the app blocks it and says it's “inappropriate,” even though I’m not violating any rules. I don’t understand why this is happening.
On top of that, there’s a serious voice problem—my voice doesn’t transmit during calls. The other person can’t hear me at all, even though my microphone works perfectly in other apps.
These issues are ruining my experience on Azar, and I’ve tried everything I can on my end. Now I’m asking for real support and a proper fix.
Azar, please investigate this issue and restore my ability to communicate. I’ve done nothing wrong, and the app is wrongly restricting my account. I’d really appreciate a clear explanation and immediate resolution.
