Azar Chat notifications frequently fail when warnings are blocked at the system or app level.
To activate notifications, restart your device and launch the Azar app. Go to Profile ▶ Settings ▶ Notifications, then select Live push notifications under the Azar Live tab.
Then confirm that your device allows Azar alerts. On Android, enable notifications for Azar in Settings. On iOS, go to Settings ▶ Notifications ▶ Azar and tick Allow Notifications.
If you're still not receiving alerts, make sure Do-Not-Disturb or Battery Saver aren't suppressing them.
Also, make that Azar can run in the background and isn't data-restricted. On Android, background data constraints sometimes block notifications.
