I Enabled Azar Chat Notifications but I’m Not Receiving Any Alerts on My Phone

I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue with the Azar app. Despite having all notifications turned on both in my phone’s settings and within the app itself, I don’t receive any notifications for incoming messages or calls. Every time someone tries to reach me through Azar—whether by message or video call—nothing appears on my screen. Later, when I check the app, I see missed calls or unread messages, but I never got any alerts about them.

This issue is seriously affecting my ability to use the app as intended. It’s like being offline even when I’m active. The whole purpose of a messaging and calling app is defeated if it can’t notify users in real-time.

I kindly ask the Azar support team to investigate this notification issue as soon as possible. Whether it’s a bug in the app or a server-side problem, it needs to be resolved promptly. Please provide a solution or at least an explanation. A fix is urgently needed so users like me can communicate properly again.
