I’ve been using the Azar app for a while and suddenly received a permanent ban with no prior warning or explanation. This feels extremely harsh and unjustified. I wasn’t given any kind of warning, strike, or even a notification about violating the rules. I believe a system as serious as a lifetime ban should come only after multiple warnings, not immediately and without context.
I’m absolutely sure that I didn’t intentionally break any rules or guidelines, and if there was any misunderstanding, I should have at least been notified and given the opportunity to correct it. Banning a user without proper process shows a complete lack of transparency and accountability.
I’m asking the Azar support team to review my case again. Lifelong bans should not be issued so easily, especially when there are no prior violations on record. I respectfully request that this action be reconsidered and revoked. Users deserve fair treatment and a chance to respond before being cut off indefinitely.
