Azar App Shows “Network Error 200” On My iPhone 13 For Days And No Support Response
For the past 4–5 days, I have been unable to use the Azar app on my iPhone 13 due to a constant error message: “network error 200.” I have tried every possible solution on my end, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and testing it on different internet networks, but the problem continues.
During this period, I also made an in-app purchase, yet I have received no service in return because the app has been unusable. To make matters worse, I contacted Azar customer support by email several times and submitted complaints under ticket numbers 20511040 and 20482455, but I never received any reply.
It is unacceptable that paying users are left without access to the app and ignored when they reach out for support. I demand that Azar fix this “network error 200” issue immediately and also provide compensation for the service I paid for but could not use.
I expect my problem to be resolved as quickly as possible, with both technical support and customer care taking responsibility for the lost service and my frustration.
