Azar App Not Working for a Month Despite Strong Internet Connection
For about one month, I have been unable to log in to the Azar app on my iPhone 12 Mini. Every time I try to sign in, I receive the error message “Check your connection” and cannot access the app.
I have already deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and restarted my phone, but the issue persists. I have also tested both Wi-Fi and mobile data, yet nothing changes. My internet works fine on all other apps, so the problem is clearly related to Azar.
The phone number linked to my Azar account ends with 4063. I also attempted to log in with my German line ending in 2390, but experienced the same issue. I am currently in Turkey on vacation, and I still cannot access my account here either.
I tried contacting Azar customer support, but I have not received any response.
I request that my account be restored and that I be able to log in and use the Azar app without issues.
