Mapfre Insurance Denies My Medical Claim for a Long-standing Condition

Hello, About three years ago, I enrolled in the supplementary health insurance program offered by Mapfre Insurance. However, despite a previous condition that dates back to 2016 and the current issue, which is related to my work and requires surgery, they are refusing to approve it and using the 2016 condition as an excuse. The surgery is required because of the current issue. I insist that this problem be solved as quickly as possible.
