Axa Insurance Left My Car Idle for a Month Over a Delayed Bumper Replacement
I had my car insured with Axa Insurance. A month ago, someone hit me from behind and broke the bumper. An expert came to assess the damage to be repaired through the insurance, and it was decided to proceed with the repair. However, after the repair, a crack appeared, and it was decided to replace the bumper. They initially brought an aftermarket bumper, but now they say they will bring the original one. When we contact them by phone, they just say there is nothing we can do and to wait. My car has been sitting idle for a month over one bumper, and it is uncertain how much longer this will take. I will not continue my insurance with Axa and do not recommend it to anyone.
