AVG Antivirus Constant Interruptions and Poor Customer Support
I purchased AVG antivirus, but then they sold me an additional program. I've never seen a program that causes so many disruptions and disconnections. There's no proper customer service. They have a troubleshooting system, but it's not user-friendly. It seems customers have to share ideas among themselves to find solutions. It's almost impossible to find an actual representative. They keep trying to sell the upgraded version constantly. The program keeps interrupting my internet, and it's incredibly frustrating. This is how my experience with AVG continues.
