I completely removed Avast from my devices and canceled all subscriptions, explicitly stating that I didn’t want any renewals. Despite this, they still charged my card. I am requesting an immediate refund. Trying to contact customer support has been a nightmare – the helpline is a U.S. number and incurs fees, so there’s no way to discuss my issue directly. Avast not only slowed down my computer but has become a huge regret. They claim the support line is free, but in small print, it states international charges apply. It’s like they’re finding ways to keep charging me. Avast needs to address this, refund my money, and improve their support accessibility.
