Avast Charged Me Without Consent Despite Cancelling Subscription

On September 17, 2025, a charge of approximately 10 USD was withdrawn from my bank card without my consent or authorization under the transaction reference *Avast avap2116779690, related to my Avast Free Antivirus membership. Although I have canceled my subscription multiple times through the application, this unauthorized renewal fee continues to be charged annually.

I request the immediate refund of this unauthorized charge to my bank card. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with legal action to protect my consumer rights.
