RayBan Glasses Screw Keeps Loosening

The screw connecting the left temple of the Ray-Ban glasses I purchased from Atasun Optik has been constantly loosening since the day I bought them. I repeatedly went to the store to have it tightened, and each time I was told it wouldn’t loosen again, yet the issue persisted. Eventually, the screw came out completely, and I had to send the glasses in for warranty service. However, they were returned to me with the claim that the issue was due to user error. Despite paying a high price for the glasses, I couldn’t use them properly and have been left disappointed and inconvenienced by the situation.
