I lost the USB receiver for my Asus TUF Gaming H7 Wireless headset and unfortunately did not receive assistance from support. Is there any way to solve this? It's just not fair that the headset becomes completely useless because of one small missing piece. If it's doable, I'd like to buy a replacement to save the product.
