Asus ROG Strix G16 Motherboard Burns Out From a Known Chronic Defect

My Asus ROG Strix G16 G614JU-N3110 (S/N: R7NRKD021402296), which I purchased in 2023, shut down suddenly during normal use, despite there being no impact, liquid contact, or user error involved. When I checked the device, I noticed clearly visible burn marks on the motherboard in the left fan area (G8-CN12).
This issue stands out as a well-known, chronic manufacturing defect that has been reported by many users of the 2023 G614 series. I've seen that many users with the same model as mine have been able to get a free replacement through Asus Executive Care, receiving a 2025-revision motherboard.
Even though my device's warranty has expired, I believe this issue stems from a chronic design/manufacturing defect rather than user error. For this reason, within the framework of customer satisfaction and equal treatment, I am requesting that my motherboard be replaced free of charge with a 2025-revision motherboard under goodwill coverage.
Attached, I'm sharing photos showing the burn marks on the motherboard, the box label, and a copy of the invoice. I kindly ask that my situation be resolved consistently with other users who have experienced the same issue, and that the repair be carried out without charging me the motherboard fee, which runs between $857–$1,072.
