Unauthorized Payment On My Credit Card Today To Wire Salad Asuno
I noticed an unauthorized charge of 142.91 USD from a company called “Wire Salad Assuno” on my credit card today, when my card issuer notified me. I have never made any purchase from this company and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. My card has not been lost, stolen, or shared with anyone. I only use it for regular online purchases on reputable sites, so I am very concerned that my card details may have been captured or misused without my knowledge. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction in the amount of 142.91 USD be fully refunded and that any existing or future subscription, recurring payment, or account linked to my card with your company be immediately cancelled. I also ask that you investigate how this transaction was made in my name and confirm that my card details are removed from your systems so that no further charges occur.
I still have not heard back from this company. I know of no other way to contact them. How do I get my money refunded and no longer have to deal with them? I demand answers.
I was charged $142.91 by Asuno for a product I did not order, and the items were shipped without my consent. I have not received any response from the company and consider the situation very poor.
