Asuno Unauthorized Wire Salad Charge

I am an Asuno customer and today I found an unauthorized debit of €59,99 on my account, shown under the merchant name “Wire salad”. I have not made any purchase or authorized any payment of this kind. I immediately contacted Asuno customer service about this transaction but so far I have not received any answer. Since I did not buy anything and did not give any consent to this charge, I request that this unauthorized debit of €59,99 be cancelled and refunded and that no further debits of this type be made on my account.
