DeepL Subscription Cannot Be Canceled After Unexpected Charge

On July 1, 2026, DeepL charged approximately $42 to my Garanti Bank virtual card, even though I had not recently renewed any subscription or made any purchase. I did not authorize this transaction and only became aware of it after reviewing my account. Since then, I have been unable to obtain a clear explanation or effective assistance from either DeepL or my bank.

In addition, I have been unable to cancel my DeepL subscription. Every attempt to manage or terminate the subscription has been unsuccessful, leaving me concerned that further unauthorized charges may be made to my card. I respectfully request that this unauthorized charge be investigated immediately and that the full amount be refunded to my Garanti Bank virtual card without delay. I also request that my DeepL subscription be permanently canceled, that all of my saved payment information be removed from your systems, and that I receive written confirmation that no future charges will be made to my account.
