I did not place this order and immediately contacted the company to inform them that I had not authorized this purchase. Despite this, they claimed that I had ordered not only the product, but a three‑month supply, and refused to refund my money. The transaction appears under the reference 93B9BF7290, and I first encountered Asuno through an online game advertisement on Google. I also spoke with my bank, but they informed me that the payment had already been processed and could not be reversed on their side. As far as I am aware, I have never signed up for any subscription, trial, or recurring plan with Asuno, so I am very concerned about how this order was created and charged to my card. I request an immediate full refund of the amount taken from my card and written confirmation that no further charges or shipments will be made in my name or on my card. I also expect a clear explanation of how this transaction was initiated without my explicit consent.
