Asuno Wire Salad Unauthorized Charge After One-Time Purchase
I purchased teeth whitening tablets from Asuno’s Wire Salad product on their website around 9–10 September 2026 as a one‑time purchase. I did not choose or knowingly accept any subscription or recurring payment option during this order. On 6 October 2026, I noticed a pending card payment authorisation of £64.98 in the name of Wire Salad, which was taken without my authorisation. I did not place any new order, nor did I give consent for Asuno/Wire Salad to charge me again. On 7 October 2026, I contacted the company via email and through the customer information section on their website, but so far I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. I request that the unauthorized £64.98 charge dated 6 October 2026 in the name of Wire Salad be cancelled and fully refunded, and that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to my previous purchase be terminated so that no further charges are taken without my explicit consent.
