Astroline Continues Attempted Card Debits After User Blocks Akbank Card

I entered my card details on the Astroline app to get a one-time horoscope reading. After finishing, I closed the app and did not sign up for any subscription or recurring payment plan. Despite this, for the past 4–5 days, recurring unauthorized charges in various amounts—in both dollars and local currency—have continued to hit my card, totaling around $65. The payments appear on my Akbank card under names like "astrolıne today" and similar titles.

As soon as I noticed this, I contacted Akbank and had my card blocked for security reasons. However, the system is still charging or attempting to charge my card, and I keep receiving SMS alerts about unapproved transactions. The bank sent me a dispute form after I stated these transactions were not mine; I am emphasizing this point because my goal is not just to get a refund, but also to completely stop these unauthorized charges and have this app investigated.

Because my card details were used without my permission through the Astroline app, I demand a full refund of all unauthorized and unfair charges made to date, the complete deletion of my card information from their systems, and a clear, written explanation regarding this matter. Furthermore, I request an audit of the app's payment processes to prevent these types of unauthorized charges from victimizing others.
