Akbank Customer Demands Full Refund for Unauthorized Astroline Today Charges

On September 12, 2026, I noticed that multiple successive charges were made from my Akbank card to a website named Astroline Today without my permission or authorization. I did not make any intentional purchases on this site, nor did I approve any of these transactions.

I absolutely reject these transactions, which occurred as a result of the unauthorized use of my card information, and I view this situation as a crime. I demand an immediate and full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my account through Astroline, as well as a thorough investigation into this matter accompanied by a written explanation provided to me.
