Hint App Billing Complaint — Debit Card Charged Without Subscription

On February 8, 2026 at 08:46 AM, I noticed that $32 was deducted from my Akbank debit card without my knowledge or approval. The charge appears under the name “YDS Hint App com us.” The transaction receipt number is 000526528, and the transaction channel is listed as “direct mobile.”

I do not recall knowingly subscribing to, purchasing a service from, or signing up for any membership with this company. I do not accept that money was withdrawn from my account without any agreement, authorization, or prior notification.

I request that the $32 charged from my account be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I receive a written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
