I Never Subscribed, But “Hint App” Charged My Account $53
On January 18, 2026, I noticed that approximately $53 was withdrawn from my Akbank account without my knowledge or authorization. In the transaction details, I see descriptions such as “Yurfidi POS Sale” and “Hint App,” but I absolutely do not have any subscription, membership, or approved transaction related to these charges.
I do not accept money being taken from my account without my authorization, and I consider this a serious security breach. I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction be urgently and thoroughly investigated, that the full amount withdrawn from my account be refunded to me, and that all necessary security measures be immediately implemented to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions from occurring again.
I want this financial loss to be resolved as soon as possible and request clear written communication regarding the investigation process.
