I Face Toe Tear Issue on Asics Gel Contend 9 After Light Use


I purchased my Asics Gel Contend 9 shoes from Boyner about 8 months ago. I’ve only used them for weekend walks, and despite such light use, a tear developed at the toe area in a short time. After seeing that other customers experienced similar issues with the same model, I believe this is a recurring defect in the series, not a user-related problem.
Although I no longer have the receipt, I am requesting a replacement for the defective product. I haven’t yet contacted Boyner or Asics customer service, but I expect a prompt response to resolve this issue and replace the shoes as soon as possible.

On 06.10.2025, I was told, "Our investigations have been started, we will contact you." Yet, after roughly eight months, there has been no response at all. It is not acceptable to give customers the impression that they will receive a reply while leaving the process completely unanswered. Do not provide people with misleading information.
