Asda Delivery Left Me Without My Groceries and Refused My Refund

I used the third-party express shipping service to buy something from Asda online. It cost me £8.50. Uber brought the food to us. Five things worth almost £25 worth of groceries went missing in a whole bag. This is not the first time this has happened. When I asked for a return, it was turned down right away. When I called Asda's customer service, I knew they would give me the same old reason: "It shows delivered to your address." There is a problem with the fast delivery method between Asda and Uber. Both companies don't want to take responsibility, so the customer is left with nothing and no return. The customer always seems to be the one who has to deal with the mess.
