UPS Marked My Delivery as Completed Using a Fake Name

I ordered two sofa cleaning machines, and the shipment was handled by UPS. But instead of delivering the package to me, they marked it as “delivered” and claimed it was handed to someone—using a completely made-up name. There wasn’t even a real signature or proper recipient listed.
Despite multiple follow-ups, UPS has not delivered my package. The representative first told me it was “delivered to the wrong person and will be retrieved and brought to you shortly.” That makes no sense—why would someone accept a package they never ordered, only to magically return it later?
Let’s be clear: this isn’t a misdelivery. It’s a lost shipment, plain and simple, and UPS refuses to own up to it. I’m told to keep waiting, but no one takes responsibility. The lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling.
UPS, stop giving vague excuses and track down my package—or compensate me in full. I paid over ₺ for these machines, and I’m prepared to take this matter to court if needed. You don’t get to take people’s money and vanish.
