ASAP Tickets Booking Management And E-Ticket Delivery
I was hoping to get a confirmation email with the e-tickets and reservation numbers today, haven't seen anything in over 48 hours. Not sure what to do because my trip is coming up soon and want to make sure everything is set. I tried to change my reservation online through ViewTrip, but it looks like I need the reservation number to do that. Same thing with the "Manage My Booking" feature on your website; that didn't work either. called customer service a few times, and each time they said they would look into it, had to wait on hold for a long time and get vague answers. Your service always seems to be on top of things, with a variety of booking options and easy access to information about the schedule. It feels like the opposite is happening here! Getting those would help me make final plans for my trip a lot… hope to hear from you soon…
