I Bought Arzum Prostick Whisk Body AR1016 and It Broke After Only Three Uses

On 03.03.2025, I purchased the product called "Prostick whisk body group AR1016 Bone" from yedekparca.arzum.com.tr. I followed the usage instructions carefully, but the product failed after just three uses. It’s frustrating that a product designed for such basic use would break so quickly. When I contacted the customer service center, I was wrongly informed that the product was not under warranty. However, spare parts are clearly covered by a 6-month warranty, which makes this response unacceptable. I expected better quality and support from a brand like Arzum. I expect this issue to be resolved properly. If not, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to pursue my rights.
