My Arzum hair and beard shaver, which I bought 10 months ago, stopped working. At first, it vibrated for 5 seconds and the green light turned on, then the red light came on and it stopped working completely. I took it to an authorized service center, and they asked for a repair fee of ₺450. This does not make sense to me because the device should clearly be covered under warranty. However, the warranty period is still valid, and I still have 3 more years left.

I will express everywhere how deceitful, misleading, and low-quality the products you sell are, and I will file a complaint against you. Just look at the response they gave—what an irresponsible, dismissive, and indifferent seller. Shame on you.
