Arzum Dough Mixer Stopped Working on Second Use and Service Is Not Helping

I purchased an Arzum AR1066 dough mixer from the Evidea store, but the authorized service is not helping me. I don’t have the invoice, though I do have the warranty certificate. I bought it from the Atlaspark Sultanbeyli Evidea store, which has since closed, so I can’t find the invoice. Please assist me with this issue. It’s very disappointing that a brand like Arzum has such a problem on only the second use. I sincerely hope my words are enough to express my concern, and I respectfully extend my regards to Arzum’s headquarters.
