Arzum Refuses to Install My AR064 Water Heater Despite Free Service
Although the Arzum AR064 water heater I purchased on September 15 included a “free installation” note, the installation has still not been completed. After purchasing the product, I called Arzum customer service to request installation. Despite calling many times and speaking with them every day, I was only given the phone number of their contracted company, İdeal Teknik. The representative from İdeal Teknik told me after a month of waiting to “just call an electrician to install it.” However, the electrician who came to my home said that if he connected the product himself, its warranty would be void, so I couldn’t proceed with that option. Even though I reported the entire situation to Arzum customer service again and was told that “the issue will be resolved immediately,” no action has been taken. My product has been sitting unused in its box for over two months, and my grievance remains unresolved. Despite the free installation being part of the warranty, I received no assistance whatsoever. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the product’s full price to resolve my grievance.
