Arçelik Gave Me a Different Quote for AC Disassembly and Installation Later
Recently, I reached out to the authorized service of Arçelik in Bayrampaşa (0212 6744600) to inquire about the cost for disassembling and reinstalling my air conditioner. I received a quote of approximately ₺10,600. After a few days, I reached out again to confirm, but this time they informed me that the price was ₺11,500. When I brought up the original quote, they just brushed it off as a mistake. What upset me even more than the price change was the disrespectful and condescending demeanor of the representative I interacted with. I sensed that I was being held responsible for their lack of consistency. I anticipated a more respectful and professional demeanor from an authorized service of a reputable brand like Arçelik. I feel deceived and unjustly treated by this experience.
