Requesting Replacement for My Arçelik Washing Machine After Multiple Unsuccessful Repairs

I have registered five service requests for my Arçelik washing machine at the Denizli Arçelik service center with the following numbers: 468784832, 468784832, 468521107, 468106000, and 467809388. The technicians were unable to diagnose the issue correctly and have replaced different parts each time. The machine is still at the service center, and more new parts have been ordered for further replacement.
I have requested a replacement for the product, but the service center claims that all necessary parts will be replaced, making it as good as new, and therefore a replacement is not needed. I do not want to use a washing machine that has had almost all of its parts replaced and is essentially worn out. I am requesting a replacement with a new unit.

If a seller provides a customer service number as a response here, they are definitely in the wrong and it is a scam. It means they will ignore the customer's request and continue to do what they want. Unfortunately, this is the case for all companies... My question and request are clear and straightforward...
