Although the product exchange was approved, we live in a hot region, and it is a season when the need for a wardrobe is urgent, the exchange has not yet been carried out and there has been no progress. Even though the exchange was approved 5 days ago, there is still no response and our grievance continues.

I purchased my Arçelik 283720 EI model refrigerator with a freezer compartment from the Yiğiter Arçelik dealer about 5 years ago. Since the day I bought it, the upper section of the refrigerator has not cooled sufficiently, causing my vegetables to spoil frequently and a bad odor to develop in liquid beverages. Due to this problem, I have called the authorized service center many times; they replaced parts, but the issue was never permanently resolved. My problem has not been resolved at all for about a year now, and I have been experiencing the same issue for a total of 5 years. Although my product is still under warranty, my grievance continues. My expectation from Arçelik is to have the product replaced rather than attempting another repair. I request that my grievance be resolved; otherwise, I will exercise all my legal rights and share my experience on social media and in public forums. I would also like to emphasize that, for these reasons, I feel regret and shame toward the Arçelik brand.

My problem continues, the service went for repair again in the same way. I don't want a repair, I don't want a refrigerator that needs to be repaired every year.

"You said you would come and change the motor between 09.08.2025 17:00-21:00. Now at 17:00 the service calls me and says, 'Sir, we didn’t inform you, your refrigerator needs to be turned off, we’ll come another time.' How can there be such negligence? What kind of business are you running, what kind of corporate company are you? You can’t keep customers waiting with such excuses as 'we forgot' or 'this happened.' I wanted my device to be replaced, you said part replacement, I agreed, and even for that you ruined my weekend. By saying 'today, tomorrow' you are causing constant tension and problems. Don’t you have a proper customer representative to take care of this?"

"Dear Arçelik Official, The issue we have been dealing with since February 7 continues in a tragicomic manner. Due to both the email I wrote to customer service and my post on şikayetvar.com, since my last message, I have been constantly called and given information about the part replacement appointment, whether they came or not, showing a superficial interest. Whenever I tell each caller about my main issue and the need for the replacement of the cooler, the classic response is, "Believe me, we do not have the authority to make this decision." Let me get to the tragicomic part. Today, the technician (Mr. Abdullah, who is always attentive and concerned) who came for the appointment to replace the motherboard and rear heating pipes was unable to fix the issue because the transformer of the brand new motherboard from the factory arrived BROKEN! (photo attached). For the past two days, the plug has been unplugged to allow the ice in the deep freezer to melt, and the frozen products had to be given to others to prevent them from going to waste as usual. Now, a part order will be placed with the factory again, and we will wait once more. On top of our already dissatisfied situation, this adds to it, and I really can't reconcile these issues with a brand like Arçelik, and I'm at a loss for words. To make our voice heard and explain our problem to find a solution, I want to speak with someone who is truly authorized to make a decision on this matter, rather than customer service consultants who call me and repeat the same template sentences. I will not let go of this issue even after the necessary parts are replaced. Because I know for sure that the same fault will occur again at most by the summer months..."
