I bought an Arçelik AŞ 2071 MB model deep freezer approximately 1 year ago and extended the warranty, so it’s covered until 2030. I went on vacation to my hometown on August 1st and returned on August 28th, only to find that everything in the freezer had melted—meats, ground meat, everything was spoiled. I took photos and threw everything away; the smell made the house uninhabitable. I immediately called customer service and explained the situation. They registered a service request and scheduled an appointment for the next day. A technician named Ya*** from the Cevizli authorized service center came, inspected it, and said there was no problem, and that the freezer was working. :) As if anyone had said the freezer wasn’t working… I explained my issue, and instead of investigating why the malfunction occurred, he kept saying, “The freezer is working, there’s nothing to be done.” I told him that everything inside had to be thrown away, as shown in the photos, and he just said, “It can happen, nothing can be done.” Can you believe such a technical service? In short, Arçelik AŞ is over for me. The brand I’ve used since 2014 has now lost its place in my home due to this indifferent attitude. They claimed that the motor didn’t restart after a power outage and that the motor protected itself. They tried to pacify me with these explanations. I leave the judgment to you, but I must say I’m truly disappointed, I was wronged, and the customer service was really weak…!

It is clear how you provide service by responding now to the complaint I wrote on August 31, 2024. I sought my rights through legal means, and the change you did not approve was granted by the Consumer Arbitration Board and the Expert. My wardrobe was replaced, just so you know...

"The product exchange was carried out on February 28, 2025. I especially thank the representatives from Arçelik Customer Service who contacted me for the exchange. However, the authorized service, which detected the malfunction of a product that is less than 6 months old (2 months old) and used for storing food like a deep freezer in approximately 2 weeks (I received a response every day saying your repair is ongoing), needs to be warned for taking such a long time to conclude the process."
