Heater Not Heating! Arçelik 6964 Tea Maker Under Warranty, But No Receipt


I have a tea maker of the Arçelik 6964 model. The top jug was damaged, and its heater stopped working a week ago. The heater only turns on without producing heat. The product is covered by warranty, but since it was a gift, I don't have the receipt. Arçelik is hesitant to repair products without receipts. After detailing the situation to the repair service, they advised me to get in touch with customer service. Yet, the customer service team mentioned they were unable to provide complimentary repairs covered by the warranty without a receipt. I need help with resolving this issue.
