I purchased an Arçelik CM 6965 K tea maker on March 10, 2021, for our summer house, where we use it for only 3-5 months a year. From the start, this tea maker has been nothing but trouble, requiring frequent repairs. It constantly fails to heat or the switch won't engage. Repairs have been done by B**** Durable Appliances in Silivri and Gençler Appliances in Silivri. Despite this, the problems persist, and I'm incredibly frustrated with Arçelik's lack of response.
Here’s the repair history:
July 23, 2021: Not heating, fixed under warranty (Receipt #407599972)
November 19, 2021: Not heating, fixed under warranty (Receipt #414539454)
January 6, 2022: Not heating, faulty part replaced under warranty (Receipt #417027442)
November 25, 2022: Not heating, multiple parts replaced (Receipt #434274337)
November 28, 2023: Not heating, paid 360 TL (Receipt #456388829)
May 15, 2024: Not heating, part under warranty (Receipt #466246977)
Despite these repairs, the tea maker failed again just three days after the last repair on May 18, 2024. I'm baffled why Arçelik hasn't replaced this faulty product. Can someone please help?
