I received an SMS from Arçelik. It said, "We called you but couldn't reach you." No one called me. With this SMS, they're basically saying, "We tried to reach you but you weren't available, so we did our duty and tried to help." Trust in Arçelik is zero.

I purchased the Arçelik Telve TKM 9961 B coffee machine around a year ago, and although it’s still covered by warranty, I’ve observed that the paint on the coffee pots is beginning to peel. Since the machine has been properly maintained and cleaned regularly, I contacted Arçelik’s customer care centre to ask for a replacement for the faulty pots. Unfortunately, they refused, stating that the peeling problem did not meet the criteria for a replacement. As a dedicated Arçelik customer, I anticipated a more customer-focused reply, particularly regarding a product that is still under warranty. I am truly taken aback by the absence of support and am now reconsidering whether I should keep investing in Arçelik products after this experience.
