Arçelik CM 6964 Tea Maker Refund Request After Service Failure
I first experienced a water leakage problem with my Arçelik CM 6964 tea maker, so I took it to the Arçelik service center. However, after receiving the device back from service, the heating function stopped working, and this issue occurred today. I have been using the product for about one and a half years, and it is still under warranty. Due to these recurring malfunctions, I no longer want a repair — I am requesting a replacement or a refund for the product. I kindly ask for my grievance regarding this matter to be resolved.
Arçelik has not been able to find any solution other than repairing the tea maker, which broke down consecutively within 1.5 years and for which I have persistently requested a replacement. The tea maker, which I bought for a high price just because it was supposed to be high quality, has disappointed me. I received responses from Arçelik that are not befitting of such a well-established company. I absolutely want a replacement.
Despite my insistence on a replacement for my tea maker, which went to service for the second time, its repair was approved, and today the tea maker I received from the service was unrecognizable. The handle was so loose it couldn't carry the water inside, and there were scratches all over it. My regret with Arçelik will last a lifetime. I made a huge mistake by buying and using Arçelik, please don't make the same mistake! I urgently request a replacement.
