Arçelik Dryer Not Drying Clothes - Replacement Request Rejected


The waffle maker I bought from Arçelik last year has been problematic since the very first use. No matter how many times I adjusted the batter consistency, it always overflows from the edges and fills hard-to-reach areas. Even if I spend hours cleaning it, I can never get it completely clean, and the problem only gets worse with each use. I haven't used the product for six months because cleaning it has become a real hassle. I believe there is a serious design flaw with this product, and I want this issue resolved. I expect a product return, exchange, or a technical solution. I hope a reputable brand like Arçelik addresses this issue and does not leave its customers disappointed. I kindly ask that my complaint be taken seriously and a solution be provided as soon as possible.
