Arçelik Refused to Replace the Broken Shelf in My Newly Installed Refrigerator

One of the glass shelves was damaged upon delivery of my refrigerator, which was installed approximately 20 days ago. As soon as I realized there was a problem, I notified customer service. But I heard that the regional engineer was against the replacement, thus it never happened. This scenario is really unjust to me. I can only imagine the engineer's reaction if they had gotten a product like this. I hope that this issue can be resolved by contacting Arçelik's authorized service. I would like the broken shelf to be replaced because the quality of this refrigerator is not up to my expectations. They need to fix this quickly, I'm afraid.
