Arçelik K 8180 Toast Machine Plates Peeling and No Replacement Available





I purchased the Arçelik K 8180 toast machine with great confidence, but unfortunately, the coating on the plates started peeling off shortly after purchase. Due to health concerns, I had to stop using the machine. What’s even more disappointing is that, despite this model still being sold, replacement plates are not available. I chose the Arçelik brand for its durability and customer-focused service. However, encountering such an issue and failing to find a solution has been a significant disappointment. The product, which I bought with the expectation of long-term use, has caused both health and financial concerns. I kindly request urgent assistance regarding this matter. I would appreciate support in providing replacement parts or a product exchange.
